Merlin Metalworks history dates back to 1986 and has long been regarded as the “Original”, Made in USA, titanium frame builder. Titanium has always been considered the paramount frame-building material and Merlin was one of the first to bring it to the custom bike market. Our double-butted tubing is very light, durable, and when fabricated properly, yields a frame that is incredibly compliant. Nothing else rides quite like a Merlin.
